The personnel was pretty friendly and really polite as expected. The room was new-fashioned and budget, had exceptionally comfortable and included a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was also clean and included a bath, which I loved.

Didn't like the area, it was weird.

The location here was amazing, and the staff really went above and beyond to help. My room was a great deal – it had two comfy beds, blackout curtains, and even a balcony to enjoy. 🌟

Convenient hotel in a peaceful area just off many restaurants and beach, boardwalk and Santa Cruz pier and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Central heating, television, and a microwave in the room, marvellous location.

I had a double room and it was quiet with a view. The hotel was in a particularly good location just next door to the Santa Cruz boardwalk and beach area and the beach, boardwalk and wharf.

This place has a fantastic location near all the attractions we wanted to visit, situated in a quiet area, and offers a variety of wonderful breakfast options.

We got a room with a hot tub.

It was spotless, huge and with 3 queen beds. Had coffee, a mini-fridge and a balcony. Marvellous central location just next door to Santa Cruz's beaches and boardwalk.

The hotel is very close to the pier, walking path, and beach area, making it convenient to enjoy nearby dining options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including a hot tub that was a great addition. We were pleased with the convenience of the parking and the fact that the hotel is in a safe area. The location couldn't have been better - it was so close to the boardwalk and restaurants that we were able to comfortably walk to all of them. Additionally, being directly across the street from the beach was a major plus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the manager who was very nice when we arrived late.
